NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 4, 2012, entered in Civil Case No. 2010-CA-005967 of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein Springleaf Home Equity, Inc. f/k/a American General Home Equity, Inc., Plaintiff and The Estate of Paul H. Tittle a/k/a Paul Tittle, Deceased are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash VIA THE INTERNET AT WWW.MANATEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM, AT 11:00 A.M. on February 3, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 6, BLOCK A, THOMPSON AND GAFNER RESUBDIVISION OF MERCELL PARK, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 8, PAGE 74, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
