NOTICE is hereby given pursuant to an Order of Motion to Reset Foreclosure Sale dated December 29, 2011, entered in Civil Case No. 29-2010-CA-022464 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash on the 31st day of January, 2012, at 2:00 p.m. on the 2nd FLOOR OF THE GEORGE E. EDGECOMB BUILDING, ROOM 201/202, located at 800 EAST TWIGGS STREET, in TAMPA, Florida, relative to the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 16 AND THE WEST 1/2 OF LOT 17, BLOCK 3, SUBURB ROYAL, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 14, PAGE 11, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
