NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 29, 2011, and entered in 51-2008-CA-508-ES of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida , wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF THE LXS 2006-2N TRUST FUND, is the Plaintiff and MARIA P. RODRIGUEZ; MICHAEL RODRIGUEZ are the Defendant(s). Paula O'Neil as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 A.M. on January 31, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 8, BLOCK 9, LAKE TALIA PHASE 1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 52, PAGE 1, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
