NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated November 2, 2011, and entered in Case No. 41-2009-CA-005758 of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein WACHOVIA MORTGAGE, FSB n/k/a WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., is Plaintiff, and TIA L. DAVIS a/k/a TIA DAVIS is the Defendant, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00 o'clock A.M. on February 29, 2012 the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 8, Block B, Village Estates Subdivision, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 17, Pages 91 through 93 of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
