NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to an order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 3, 2012 and entered in Case No. 51-2011-CA-1054ES of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit and for Pasco County, Florida wherein Space Coast Credit Union as Successor in Interest via Merger to Eastern Financial Florida Credit Union is the Plaintiff and Kerwin Navarro Pallasigui, Maria Pallasigui, Lone Star Ranch Homeowners Association, Inc., Defendants, the Clerk shall sell to the highest bidder for case at www.pasco.realforeclose.com at 11:00am on February 6, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Order of Final Judgment to wit:
