Final Judgment was awarded on September 14, 2010 in Civil Case No. 51-2009-CA-009264ES, of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO County, Florida, wherein, BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. is the Plaintiff, and, JEFFREY D. CHAPMAN; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JEFFREY D. CHAPMAN IF ANY; ROBIN M. PAYNE A/K/A ROBIN M. CHAPMAN; THE LAKES AT HERON COVE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; CITIBANK, N.A. F/K/A CITIBANK FEDERAL SAVINGS BANK; THE GEORGIA DEPARTMENT OF HUMAN RESOURCES; STATE OF FLORIDA, DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; JOHN DOE N/K/A STEVEN SWEET; JANE DOE N/K/A MYRA SWEET; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, Paula O'Neil will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.pasco.realforeclose.com at 11:00 AM on February 1, 2012, the following described real property as set forth in said Final summary Judgment, to wit:
UNIT NO. 2203, BUILDING 22 OF THE LAKES OF HERON COVE CONDOMINIUM PHASE VIII, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 93-96 AND FURTHER BEING DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 6255, PAGE 887 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY FLORIDA AND SUBSEQUENT AMENDMENTS THERETO.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
