Book 1177, Page 1620, and any amendments thereto, Public Records of Pasco County, Florida, together with an undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto. With the following street address: 6431-4 Drexel Drive, Port Richey, Florida, 34668.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 A.M. on February 3, 2012.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
