NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated December 20, 2011 and a Final Summary Judgment dated June 17, 2010, entered in Civil Case No.: 2009CA006912, of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida, wherein HSBC BANK USA, N.A, AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE FOR THE REGISTERED NOTEHOLDERS OF RENAISSANCE HOME EQUITY LOAN TRUST 2005-3, RENAISSANCE HOME EQUITY LOAN ASSET-BACKED NOTES, SERIES 2005-3, is Plaintiff, and RAYMOND E. ROBINSON A/K/A RAYMOND E. ROBINSON JR.; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF RAYMOND E. ROBINSON A/K/A RAYMOND E. ROBINSON JR.; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2; ALL OTHER UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING INTERESTS BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST A NAMED DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAME UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS, are Defendants.
R.B. “CHIPS” SHORE III, the Clerk of Court shall sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00 a.m. on the 3rdday of February, 2012 the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT(S) 17, BLOCK A, OF FAIRVIEW AVENUE PARK SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 2, PAGE(S) 115, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
