NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 15, 2011, entered in Civil Case No.: 09-CA-032322 (J) of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A.,TRUSTEE, FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE CERTIFICATE HOLDERS OF PARK PLACE SECURITIES, INC., ASSET-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2004-WCW1, Plaintiff, and TAWA S. DUROJAIYE, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF TAWA S. DUROJAIYE, are Defendants.
I will sell to the highest bidder for cash, on the 2nd floor, rooms 201/202 in the George E. Edgecomb Courthouse, 800 E. Twiggs Street, Tampa, FL 33602 at 02:00 PM, on the 2nd day of February, 2012, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 11 AND 12, BLOCK 21, ENGLEWOOD EASTERN PORTION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGE 69, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
