NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale filed December 28, 2011, and entered in Case No. 2010 CA 006217, of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida. BANKUNITED is Plaintiff and SCOTT R. BETTGER; AMY J. BETTGER; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY, UNIT 1; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY, UNIT 2; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY, UNIT 3; FIRST AMERICA BANK; are defendants.
