NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Granting Motion to Reschedule Sale dated DECEMBER 28, 2011, and entered in 41 2009 CA 011397 of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida , wherein BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P. F/K/A COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P., is the Plaintiff and ASHLEY RANDALL A/K/A ASHLEY P. RANDALL; TIMOTHY JAY LUKE AKA TIMOTHY J. LUKE; UNIVERSITY PLACE NEIGHBORHOOD ASSOCIATION; INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) are the Defendant(s). R.B. Shore III as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 A.M. on FEBRUARY 3, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 33, INDIGO RIDGE AT UNIVERSITY PLACE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 41, PAGES 75 THROUGH 83, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
