NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated JANUARY 4, 2012, and entered in 41 2010 CA 010075 of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida , wherein FLAGSTAR BANK, FSB, is the Plaintiff and DAVID CURTIS MILLER A/K/A DAVID C. MILLER; MICHELE ANNE MILLER; WATERFORD COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION; INC; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2, et.al.are the Defendant(s). R.B. Shore III as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 A.M. on FEBRUARY 7, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 23, WATERFORD, PHASES I & III, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 42, PAGES 91 THROUGH 103 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
