NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order rescheduling foreclosure sale dated January 6, 2012 entered in Civil Case No. 51-2009-CA-001467-ES (J1) of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein HSBC Bank USA, National Association, as Trustee for the Benefit of the Certificateholders of Nomura Home Equity Loan, Inc. Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2007-3, Plaintiff and Jesus Alfredo Granados and Dianne Smith Granados are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash In an online sale accessed through the Clerk's website at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m., on February 6, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOTS 8 AND 9, BLOCK 11, LAKE GEORGE PARK, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGE 32, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
