NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order rescheduling foreclosure sale dated January 6, 2012 entered in Civil Case No. 51-2009-CA-000421-ES (J1) of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein HSBC Bank USA, National Association, as Trustee under the Pooling and Servicing Agreement dated as of December 1, 2006, Fremont Home Loan Trust 2006-E, Plaintiff and Bruce A. Barton and Patricia M. Barton, Husband and Wife are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash In an online sale accessed through the Clerk's website at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m., on February 6, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
