NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated December 29, 2011 and entered in Case NO. 51-2008-CA-3744-ES of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO County, Florida wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF HARBORVIEW MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2006-9, is the Plaintiff and RAY TORRES; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF RAY TORRES; HUNTINGTON RIDGE TOWN HOMES ASSOCIATION, INCORPORATED; HUNTINGTON RIDGE TOWN HOMES ASSOCIATION, INCORPORATED; TENANT #1 N/K/A NA; TENANT #2 N/K/A NA are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.PASCO.REALFORECLOSE.COM IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45 FLORIDA STATUTES at 11:00AM, on February 02, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
