NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale Date dated the 5th day of January, 2012, and entered in Case No. 48-2009-CA-033205 O, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein CITIBANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE OF STRUCTURED ASSET MORTGAGE INVESTMENTS II INC., BEAR STEARNS ALT-A TRUST, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2007-3 is the Plaintiff and JASON MAHMALJI; BEAR STEARNS RESIDENTIAL MORTGAGE CORPORATION, A DISSOLVED CORPORATION; WATERFORD TRAILS HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JASON MAHMALJI; MELISSA MAHMALJI; UNKNOWN TENANT (S); JOHN DOE; JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The foreclosure sale is hereby scheduled to take place on-line on the 21st day of February, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com The Orange County Clerk of Court shall sell the property described to the highest bidder for cash after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida statutes, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 371, WATERFORD TRAILS PHASE 2, EAST VILLAGE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 62, PAGES 112 THROUGH 119, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
