NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 10th day of January, 2012, and entered in Case No. 48-2009-CA-033655 O, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein AURORA LOAN SERVICES LLC is the Plaintiff and JORGE CARRUITERO, WEKIVA RUN HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., ZULMA CARRUITERO A/K/A ZULMA V CARRUITERO and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the Room 350- Civil Division of the Orange County Courthouse, 425 N. Orange Ave, Orlando, FL 32801 at the Orange County Courthouse in Orlando, Florida, at 11:00 a.m. on the 28th day of February, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 156, WEKIVA RUN PHASE II-A, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 67, PAGES 79 TO 84, INCLUSIVE, PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
