NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 5 day of January, 2012, and entered in Case No. 08-28541, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein AURORA LOAN SERVICES LLC is the Plaintiff and david b bendall; citibank, national association f/k/a citibank, federal savings bank; unknown spouse of david b bendall; and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the Room 350- Civil Division of the Orange County Courthouse, 425 N. Orange Ave, Orlando, FL 32801 at the Orange County Courthouse in Orlando, Florida, at 11:00 a.m. on the 2 day of April, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
the south 270.00 feet of lot 3 and the east 20.00 feet, less the south 270.00 feet of lot 3, block c, palm lake manor first addition, according to the plat thereof as recorded in plat book u, page 140, public records of orange county, florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
