NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 5th day of January, 2012, and entered in Case No. 48-2007-CA-6823-0, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR CITIGROUP MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2005-OPT4, ASSET BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES is the Plaintiff and MICHAEL MCNEAL A/K/A MICHAEL A. MCNEAL A/K/A MICHAEL ANTHONY MCNEAL, JANE DOE, JOHN DOE and CORLETTA MCNEAL IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the Room 350- Civil Division of the Orange County Courthouse, 425 N. Orange Ave, Orlando, FL 32801 at the Orange County Courthouse in Orlando, Florida, at 11:00 a.m. on the 23rd day of February, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 191, COUNTRY CHASE UNIT 4, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 34, PAGE 64 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
