NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 9th day of January, 2012, and entered in Case No. 09-33670, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P. FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P. is the Plaintiff and ASRESSU GELAYE; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INCORPORATED AS NOMINEE FOR COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS, INC.; ABEBECH ABTEW; MALEDE B. GELAYE; UNKNOWN TENANT (S) A/K/A LINO CORREA; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ASRESSU GELAYE; JOHN DOE; JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the Room 350- Civil Division of the Orange County Courthouse, 425 N. Orange Ave, Orlando, FL 32801 at the Orange County Courthouse in Orlando, Florida, at 11:00 a.m. on the 27th day of February, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 3, BLOCK 134B, MEADOW WOODS, VILLAGE 5, ACCORDING TO THE OFFICIAL PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 13, PAGES 41 THROUGH 43 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
