BUTLER; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MICHAEL J. BUTLER; MIDDLEBROOK PINES CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk, Lydia Gardner will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on February 06, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
BUILDING PHASE NO. 9, UNIT NO. 126, MIDDLEBROOK PINES CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM DATED THE 10TH DAY OF MAY 1983, FILED FOR RECORD IN THE 14TH DAY OF OCTOBER 1983, AND RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3430, PAGE 899, PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH THE UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN COMMON ELEMENTS DECLARED IN SAID DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM TO BE AN APPURTENANCE TO THE ABOVE DESCRIBED APARTMENT.
