NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated January 04, 2012 and entered in Case NO. 48-2007-CA-017122-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida wherein HSBC BANK USA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR DEUTSCHE ALT-B SECURITIES MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2006-AB1, is the Plaintiff and MICHAEL SABIA; HOUSEHOLD FINANCE CORPORATION III; TENANT #1 N/K/A PAMELA SABIA; TENANT #2 N/K/A HELEN SABIA are the Defendants, The Clerk, Lydia Gardner will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on February 07, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
