SHAH A/K/A HARISH SHAH; VARSHA SHAH; WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A.; are the Defendants, The Clerk, Lydia Gardner will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on February 07, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
