NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale Date dated the 2nd day of September, 2010, and entered in Case No. 08-34373, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff and RICHARD APONTE; GROVE PARK CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN SPOUSE RICHARD APONTE; and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) A/K/A MARY AYALA IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the Room 350- Civil Division of the Orange County Courthouse, 425 N. Orange Ave, Orlando, FL 32801 at the Orange County Courthouse in Orlando, Florida, at 11:00 a.m. on the February 9, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 201, BUILDING C, GROVE PARK CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 8812, PAGE 3243, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OR ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
