NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 2nd day of November, 2011, and entered in Case No. 2010-CA-013348-O, of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the Orange County's Public Auction website, www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 A.M. on the 7th day of February, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 214, DANIEL'S LANDING, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 56, PAGES 3 THROUGH 8, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY FLORIDA
