BUILDING 10B, UNIT 4, THE VILLAGE, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF AS RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 2407 PAGE 1102, PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND AMENDMENTS THEREOF, TOGETHER WITH ALL APPURTENANCES THERETO, INCLUDING AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS OF SAID CONDOMINIUM AS SET FORTH IN THE DECLARATION.
