NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 22nd day of December, 2011, and entered in Case No. 08-07948, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS, INC. is the Plaintiff and OLAGUER RODRIGUEZ, III A/K/A OLAGUER RODRIGUEZ; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INCORPORATED, AS A NOMINEE FOR AMERICAN MORTGAGE EXPRESS CORP.; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF OLAGUER RODRIGUEZ, III A/K/A OLAGUER RODRIGUEZ; JOHN DOE; JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 6th day of February, 2012, at 10:00 AM on Pinellas County's Public Auction website: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 189, SAWGRASS VILLAGE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 131, PAGE 71-87, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
