Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on January 10, 2012, in the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida, I will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida described as:
THAT CERTAIN PARCEL CONSISTING OF UNIT 1566, BUILDING 6, AS SHOWN ON CONDOMINIUM PLAT OF SEVENTIETH SOMERSET PLACE, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 39, PAGES 124 THROUGH 128, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED FEBRUARY 21, 1980 IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4984, PAGES 1772 THROUGH 1834, TOGETHER WITH SUCH ADDITIONS AND AMENDMENTS TO SAID DECLARATION AND CONDOMINIUM PLAT AS FROM TIME TO TIME MAY BE MADE, ALL AS RECORDED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA; TOGETHER WITH THE EXHIBITS ATTACHED THERETO AND MADE A PART THEREOF; AND TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
