NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 10, 2012, entered in Civil Case No. 2008-016010-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank, National Association, as Trustee under Pooling and Servicing Agreement dated as of September 1, 2006 MASTR Asset Backed Securities Trust 2006-NC2 Mortgage Pass Through Certificates Series 2006-NC2, Plaintiff and Temisha Belcher Seraphin and Jean Seraphin, Wife and Husband are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on February 24, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 24, BLOCK 1, HARBOR LIGHTS SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 41, PAGE 31, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY,FLORIDA.
