NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 29, 2011, entered in Civil Case number 11-004696 CI (19) of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein BANKATLANTIC, is Plaintiff and DEOLIJERGER, INC. d/b/a AUTO AID, also d/b/a B.N.S. AUTO SUPPLY and also d/b/a SOUTHERN AUTOMOTOVE WAREHOUS, is the Defendant; the Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com on February 2, 2012 at 10:00 a.m., the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
(a.) Real Property:

Lots 9, 10, 11 and 12, in Block 129, SECOND ADDITION TO PINELLAS PARK, according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 3, on Pages 8 and 9, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, together with the South five feet of vacated alley.
AND TOGETHER WITH
A portion of a ten foot (10') alley (vacated by Official Records Book 6385, Page 957, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida) adjacent to Block 129, SECOND ADDITION TO PINELLAS PARK, as recorded in Plat Book 3, Pages 8 and 9, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, said part of vacated alley described as follows:
From the Northeast corner of Lot 12, Block 129, SECOND ADDITION TO PINELLAS PARK, thence North 00 degrees 01 minutes 51 seconds East along a projection of the Easterly line of Lot 12, a distance of 5.00 feet ot the centerline of the now vacated alley for a POINT OF BEGINNING; thence North 89 degrees 13 minutes 56 seconds West along said centerline a distance of 155.37 feet; thence South 89 degrees 58 minutes 09 seconds East, 155.36 feet to appoint of intersection with the Northerly projection of the Easterly line of Lot 12; thence South 00 degrees 01 minutes 51 seconds West along said projection a distance of 2.00 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING.

First Security Interest on Property located at 7301 74th Street North, Pinellas Park, Pinellas County, Florida, that is presently owned or hereafter acquired, furniture, furnishings, fixtures, machinery, equipments, appliances and any other personal property or fixtures or every kind and description now or hereafter located on real property more particularly described herein (the “Property”), together with all leases and all rents, issues, profits, revenues, royalties, proceeds, rights and benefits there under incident to the Property; whether any of the foregoing is owned now or acquired later; all accessions, additions, replacements, and substitutions relating to any of the foregoing; all records of any kind relating to any of the foregoing; all proceeds relating to any of the foregoing (including insurance, general intangibles and accounts proceeds); and,
First Security Lien on all Inventory, Chattel Paper, Accounts, Equipment and General Intangibles; whether any of the foregoing is owned now or acquired later; all accessions, additions, replacements, and substitutions relating to any of the foregoing; all records of any kind relating to any of the foregoing; all records of any kind relating to any of the foregoing; all proceeds related to any of the foregoing (including insurance, general intangibles and other account proceeds).
