NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on the 15th day of February 2012 at 10:00 a.m. at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, the Clerk will offer for sale the following described real property:
Lot 1, Block 6, Townhomes at Weathersfield, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 126, Pages 71 through 74, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida
together with all structures, improvements, fixtures, appliances, and appurtenances on said land or used in conjunction therewith.
The aforesaid sale will be made pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment entered in Civil No. 2011-CC-05531 pending in the County Court of the sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida.
Any person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale must file a claim with the undersigned Clerk no later than 60 days after the sale.
