Unit No. 407, CONTINENTAL TOWERS, INC., a Condominium, according to the plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 6, page(s) 8, and being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 3368, page(s) 249, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, together with an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto and any amendments thereto; the street address of which is: 675 S. Gulfview Blvd. #407 Clearwater Beach, FL 33767.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on: ASTRID GUARDADO, ESQUIRE Plaintiff's attorney, whose address is: Becker & Poliakoff, PA 311 Park Place Blvd., Suite 250 Clearwater, Florida 33759 on or before February 20, 2012, and to file the original of the defenses with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter. If a Defendant fails to do so, a default will be entered against that Defendant for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
