NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 4, 2012, and entered in 09018681CI SEC. 15 of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida , wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A AS TRUSTEE FOR OPTION ONE MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2007-2 ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-2, is the Plaintiff and DONNA BENNETT; GREEN VALLEY ESTATES VILLAS ASSOCIATION; INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A ANDREA YAWN; UNKNOWN TENANT #2; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DONNA G. BENNETT are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on February 6, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 4, BLOCK M, GREEN VALLEY ESTATES UNIT TWO, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDD IN PLAT BOOK 82, PAGES 62 THROUGH 65, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
