BROTMAN; CRAIG M. BROTMAN; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC. AS NOMINEE FOR COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS, INC. UNIT 911, MCNULTY LOFTS, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED INCONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 140, PAGES 17 THROUGH 26, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 14803, PAGE 1252, AS AMENDED BY FIRST AMENDMENT TO DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM AND DECLARATION OF PROTECTIVE COVENANTS, CONDITIONS AND RESTRICTIONS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 15050, PAGE 1053, AND SECOND AMENDMENT TO DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM AND DECLARATION OF PROTECTIVE COVENANTS, CONDITIONS AND RESTRICTIONS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 15129, PAGE 657, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH ITS UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO.
TOGETHER WITH THOSE CERTAIN EASEMENTS FOR THE BENEFIT OFTHE ABOVE DESCRIBED PROPERTY MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED IN THE DECLARATION OF PROTECTIVE COVENANTS, CONDITIONS AND RESTRICTIONS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 14803, PAGE 1381, AS AMENDED BY FIRST AMENDMENT TO DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM AND DECLARATION OF PROTECTIVE COVENANTS, CONDITIONS AND RESTRICTIONS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 15050, PAGE 1053, AND SECOND AMENDMENT TO DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM AND DECLARATION OF PROTECTIVE COVENANTS, CONDITIONS AND RESTRICTIONS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 15129, PAGE 657, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
