NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated December 16, 2011 and entered in Case NO. 10-003243-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida wherein BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP F/K/A COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P., is the Plaintiff and IGOR JERKOVIC; MARA JERKOVIC; SUNSET GROVE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; TENANT #1 N/K/A MAJA JERKOVIC are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on February 15, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT 2, BUILDING 1, SUNSET GROVE I CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 15, PAGES 60 THROUGH 67, AND RERECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 17, PAGES 114 THROUGH 116, AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4097, PAGE 1408, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO
