NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 4th, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2009-CA-021338 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which Wachovia Mortgage, FSB f/k/a World Savings Bank, FSB, is the Plaintiff and Lallita Singh, Royal Pines Condominium Association, Inc., Wachovia Mortgage, FSB f/k/a World Savings Bank, FSB, are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 20th day of February, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
