NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the final judgment of foreclosure entered on January 13, 2012, in Case No. 11-8067-CI-15 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, in which ALAN S. WEINSTEIN AS TRUSTEE FOR ALAN S. WEINSTEIN CPA DEFINED BENEFIT PLAN is plaintiff, and GONZ ENTERPRISES, LLC; ANDREA VALDES AS TRUSTEE OF THE ANDREA VALDES FAMILY TRUST DATED AUGUST 7, 2007; AND TISHAY, LLC, are defendants, Ken Burke, Clerk of Circuit Court, Pinellas County, will sell at a public sale the following described real property situated in Pinellas County, Florida:
