NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated April 29, 2009 and an Order Resetting Sale dated January 5, 2012, and entered in Case No. 08-2008- DIV F 015160 UCN: 292008CA015160XXXXXX of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee for the Specialty Underwriting and Residential FinanceTrust Mortgage Loan Asset-Backed Certificates Series 2006-BC1 is Plaintiff and TRACIE PRESTON; JOHN WOLFE; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC. AS NOMINEE FOR WILMINGTON FINANCE, A DIVISION OF AIG FEDERAL SAVINGS BANK MIN NO. 100372405070704340; UNKNOWN TENANT NO. 1; UNKNOWN TENANT NO. 2; and ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING INTERESTS BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST A NAMED DEFENDANT TO THIS ACTION, OR HAVING OR CLAIMING TO HAVE ANY RIGHT, TITLE OR INTEREST IN THE PROPERTY HEREIN DESCRIBED, are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at 800 East Twiggs Street, Room 201/202, Tampa, FL 33602 in Hillsborough County, Florida, at 10:00 a.m. on the 22 day of February, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Order or Final Judgment, to-wit:
