Notice is given that under the Order Rescheduling Judicial Sale, entered in this action on the 4th day of January, 2012, the following real property and improvements located thereon (referred to hereafter as the “Property”) shall sell to the highest and best bidder or bidders for cash in Room 201/202 on the 2nd floor of the George E. Edgecomb Courthouse, 800 East Twiggs Street, Tampa, Florida, 33602, at 10:00 AM on February 24, 2012:
Unit 9560, Building 25, lake Chase Condominium, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium, as recorded in Official Records Book 14750, Page 34, and all its attachments and amendments thereto, all in the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida, together with an undivided interest in the common elements appurtenant thereto.
The Property has a mailing address of 9560 Lake Chase Island Way, Tampa, Florida 33626.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the judicial sale of the Property, other than the Property owner as of the date of the Notice of Lis Pendens, must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the judicial sale of the Property.
