NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 11, 2010 and Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated , entered in Civil Case No.: 10-CA-01158 (J) of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A. AS TRUSTEE FOR THE MLMI TRUST SERIES 2005-FFH1, Plaintiff, and THOMAS J. LAYTON, WACHOVIA BANK, NA, and UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION #1, are Defendants.
I will sell to the highest bidder for cash, on the 2nd floor, rooms 201/202 of the George E. Edgecomb Courthouse, 800 E. Twiggs Street, Tampa, FL 33602 at 10AM, on the 9 day of February, 2012, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 120, BLOCK 1, PEBBLEBROOK, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 59, PAGE 54, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
