NOTICE is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 23, 2011, and entered in 2009 CA 030010 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida , wherein CITIBANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR AMERICAN HOME MORTGAGE ASSETS TRUST 2006-3, MORTGAGE-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2006-3, is the Plaintiff and TAMMY L. GARDNER A/K/A TAMMY GARDNER; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF TAMMY L. GARDNER A/K/A TAMMY GARDNER; ST. CHARLES PLACE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION; INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2 are the Defendant(s). Pat Frank as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at 800 East Twiggs Street, at 2PM on February 9, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 14 OF ST. CHARLES PLACE PHASE 2, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 104, PAGE(S) 248 THROUGH 251, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
