NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated December 23, 2011, and entered in Case No 07 17689 DIVISION I, of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida. PROPERTY ASSET MANAGEMENT, INC is Plaintiff and GWENDOLYN M. MILLER; RICHARD E. MILLER; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: 2ND FLOOR OF THE GEORGE E. EDGECOMB BUILDING, Room 21/202, located at 800 EAST TWIGGS STREET, TAMPA, FLORIDA 33602 at 2:00pm on the 9 day of February, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 8, HERCHEL HEIGHTS ADDITION, AS PER MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 35, PAGE 21, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
This notice is provided pursuant to Administrative Order No.2.065.
