NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the “Agreed Final Judgment of Foreclosure of Counts III through VIII on Amended Complaint” (the “Final Judgment”), entered in the above-styled action in the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit Court, in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, the Clerk of Hillsborough County will sell the real property situated in Hillsborough County, Florida, as described on the attached Exhibit “A”, to the highest bidder, for cash, to be held on the front steps of the Hillsborough County Courthouse, 800 E. Twiggs St., Tampa, Florida, 33602, on February 02, 2012, at 2:00 p.m.:

The West 75 feet of Lot beginning 150 feet North of the Southeast corner of the Southwest 1/4 of the Southwest 1/4 of Section 23, Township 29 South, Range 20 East, Hillsborough County, Florida, and run West 429.0 feet; thence North 150 feet; thence East 429.0 feet; thence South 150 feet to the Point of Beginning.
