ANDERSON, whose last known address is 808 Milano Circle, Apt. 202, Brandon, FL 33511 and whose current residence is unknown; all parties claiming interests by, through, under or against the herein named individual defendants and the several and respective unknown assigns, successors in interest, trustees, and any other parties claiming by, through, under, or against any corporation or other legal entity named as a defendant, which parties may have or claim to have a right, title or interest in the property herein described; and ALL OTHERS WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
YOU ARE NOTIFIED that Twin Lakes of Brandon Homeowners' Association, Inc., has filed an action against you in the County Court for Hillsborough County for injunctive relief, declaratory judgment and damages on real property located and situated in Hillsborough County, Florida, and described as follows:
Lot 21, Block A, TWIN LAKES PARCELS A2 AND B2, according to map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 83, Page 28 of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
This action is titled Twin Lakes Of Brandon Homeowners' Association, Inc., v. Gregory A. Anderson and Joanne L. Anderson, case number 11-CC-024453. You are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, on Matthew P. LaMaster, Esquire, of Shumaker, Loop & Kendrick, LLP, the Plaintiff's attorney, whose address is 101 East Kennedy Boulevard, Suite 2800, Tampa, Florida 33602, on or before thirty (30) days after the date of first publication of this Notice of Action, and file the original with the clerk of this court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
