and commonly known as: 36121 LAKE CHASE BLVD APT 202, ZEPHRYHILLS, FL 33541-0931; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, www.pasco.realforeclose.com, on February 7, 2012 at 11am.
