NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 51-2009-CA-002777ES of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO County, Florida, wherein, THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FORMERLY KNOWN AS THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE TO JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF STRUCTURED ASSET MORTGAGE INVESTMENTS II INC. BEAR STEARNS ALT-A TRUST, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2006-2, Plaintiff, and, VU, TRACEY H., et. al., are Defendants, the Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash at, WWW.PASCO.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at the hour of 11:00 A.M., on the 6th day of Febraury, 2012, the following described property:
