NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale Date dated the 6th day of January, 2012, and entered in Case No. 51-2009-CA-001229-XXXX-ES, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING LP is the Plaintiff and DORAN HECK A/K/A DORAN A. HECK; IWONA HECK; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DORAN HECK A/K/A DORAN A. HECK; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF IWONA HECK; UNKNOWN TENANT (S); IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 6th day of February, 2012, at 11:00 AM on Pasco Countys Public Auction website: AT WWW.PASCO.REALFORECLOSE.COM PURSUANT TO JUDGMENT OR ORDER OF THE COURT AND CHAPTER 45, FLORIDA STATUTES. in accordance with chapter 45, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 9, BLOCK 5, BALLANTRAE VILLAGE 2B, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 57, PAGES 34 TO 41, INCLUSIVE, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
