NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale Date dated the 6th day of January, 2012, and entered in Case No. 51-08-CA-001384-ES, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP F/K/A COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP is the Plaintiff and GEORGE ANTHONY ROUSE; RESIDENTIAL FUNDING CORPORATION; SUNCOAST POINTE VILLAGE; MEGAN ROUSE; UNKNOWN TENANT (S); IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 7th day of February, 2012, at 11:00 AM on Pasco Countys Public Auction website: AT WWW.PASCO.REALFORECLOSE.COM PURSUANT TO JUDGMENT OR ORDER OF THE COURT AND CHAPTER 45, FLORIDA STATUTES. in accordance with chapter 45, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 18, BLOCK 1, SUNCOAST POINTE VILLAGES 1A AND 1B, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 48, PAGES 68 THROUGH 71, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
