NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to that certain Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 9, 2012 and entered in Case No. 08-CA-025601 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida wherein Charleston Place Townhomes Association, Inc., is Plaintiff, and Joanna S. Brady, Defendant(s), will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at 800 EAST TWIGGS STREET, ROOM 201/202, Tampa, FL 33602 at 10:00AM on the 21 day of February, 2012 the following described property as set forth in said Order or Final Judgment to wit:
