NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting the Foreclosure filed January 6, 2012 entered in Civil Case No. 51-2008-CA-010515XXXX-ES of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Wesley Chapel, Florida, wherein American Home Mortgage Servicing, Inc. is the Plaintiff and CRAIG CHAMBERS A/K/A CRAIG G. CHAMBERS, are the Defendant(s). The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pasco.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 7th day of February, 2012 at 11:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 29, Block 9, New River Lakes Villages “B2” and “D”, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 44, Pages 105-115, of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
